Question / Help OBS keeps crashing when starting it up, please help!

I did a full uninstall of my graphics card, I uninstalled obs and reinstalled 5 different versions of it and it continues to crash and also updated my windows driver. I've been trying to fix this issue for hours. Please help..

How can I be able to fix this? Thing is that I just open it and I cannot access anything on OBS, sorry I'm pretty bad at computer stuff
