OBS keeps crashing when I play PC games (recent problem)

Hello guys, I'm in a bit of a pickle. Recently, for no apparently reason I've started to experience crashes with OBS, this is constant crashes whenever I pretty much play any PC game along side OBS. This is a recent thing and I'm not sure what is causing it. I'm going to post the Crash log below, the only thing I see in the log that looks obviously suspicious is this "Thread 3BDC (Crashed)". I imagine this is most likely the cause any clue what is causing it?

Any help would be appreciated as I would like to get this sorted as fast as possible.

Tried using 64bit version of OBS seemed to work for a few weeks but now it's crashing again, seems to be a different crash this time round though So I'll post a new pastebin. Would be great if I could get this fixed, extra life's game day is coming up and I'd rather not have to suffer crashes the whole day :S. Pastebin: https://pastebin.com/WF5fEnYh

x264 crashes generally indicate hardware problems. Update your BIOS and turn off any overclocks, check your RAM with Prime95.

Unfortunately, I've tried all this. BIOs is up-to-date, no overclocks and RAM is working perfectly fine. I'm inclined to think it's related to my Ryzen CPU. I read an article earlier that stated Ryzen in general has issues with .x264. I'm more complexed as to why I've only just now started having issues. It's been Working perfectly fine for 2/3 years until around early September.

Don't suppose it could be due to something else?
