OBS Keeps crashing when closing or using livesplit (?)

Hey OBS has been crashing for a while, sometimes it happens more sometimes it happens less.

I just reinstalled windows 11 completely and it keeps happening, I have no plugins.


This appears to be the error?

Im looking around but all that I see related to this seems to be plugin related
