Please provide the relevant crash log(s) for your issue. Press WinKey+R or go to Start > Search and type %APPDATA%\obs-studio\crashes and then press enter. Find the log with most recent timestamp on it, open it, and copy the contents to https://gist.github.com/ and then link here.

Looks like OBS is crashing on the videocapturefilter.ax... which is not a part of OBS.

Looking at your log I see an Elgato, so try the following:
1. The Windows 10 CU added a new Game Mode option which causes issues more often than it helps. It is recommended to disable it when using OBS. See here for how to disable: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-enable-disable-game-mode-windows-10-creators-update

2. Update the Elgato drivers to the latest version available, and if you're already running those uninstall and re-install them.

Do you have any type of virtual cam software installed (like OpenCV)? It might be that that's crashing and taking OBS with it.

What Harold was saying was to remove the Elgato software and test to see if OBS still crashes. If so, then it's something with the Elgato. If not, then that means it's something else. Once the source of the crash is confirmed then we suggest what to do to fix it.

Reading your response I think you're saying everything is good now (i.e. OBS isn't crashing). If so, please remove any Elgato sources you have in OBS, then grab the latest version of their software, install it and confirm that the Elgato works with its own software. If that is true, then close the Elgato software and open OBS and try re-adding the Elgato source.
