OBS keeps crashing randomly.

I have great internet, so that isn't the issue, when my OBS crashes I'll be streaming with 0 dropped frames the entire stream usually at around 5000 bitrate and then my bitrate instantly drops to 0 and OBS disconnects. It happens randomly, with no warning, I have no idea whats causing it. I have a 1050ti card and i7 8700k processor 16g ram. My internet is still running when it crashes so it has nothing to do with my connection, or so I think. I tried turning off xbox gamemode as I heard it can cause some issues, it still happens. All of my crash logs are outdated from 2020 so I don't even know how to post current crash logs. If you need anymore info let me know.. Attached is my stream settings on OBS

This problem is not a crash, so it will not generate a crash log.
Thank you for the reply but I'm not really dropping frames, it goes from a consistent 5k bitrate then plummets to 0 instantly then disconnects. It's not a gradual decline in frames its one second 5k bitrate then next second 0 then disconnect.

This also keeps happening with me. I reinstalled windows and then gave OBS another try. I did not install any plugins or anything and ran OBS at its core. That seemed to fix the crashing. I then decided to use restream to stream to multiple platforms and usually when you login through OBS on that platform it will give you third party software that works with OBS like "Chat" "Stream Title" ....stuff like that...after about 6 hours the stream CRASHED. Now the stream crashes ever since I logged into restream on OBS. I believe this problem lies within OBS Plugins being installed. I am very close to just using stream labs if OBS continues to crash. I hope what I said helps.....I forgot to add that when I ran a crash log there was no dropped frames everything was perfect. Like sometimes it gives me a crash error or sometimes it just exits out of the program with no error or warning,.
