OBS Keeps crashing on Windows Computer Please Help!!!

I've went through so many youtube videos on how to resolve this issue.

Troubleshooting steps I took:
- Made sure OBS encoder was running off my GPU Card.
- I run OBS in administration mode.
- Made sure my GPU card was updated.
- Updated and remove Plugins.
- Made sure my windows were up to date.
- Updated OBS to 32.0.4

A crash report and a log file form the moment it crashed are needed.
