Even downloaded a new version which also crashes on startup.
Question / Help OBS keeps crashing on startup.

Start by updating Windows. You're a few versions behind, and this version in particular has a bug that can negatively impact OBS performance.
Before installing the latest OBS, uninstall and remove data (will delete scenes). Crash on startup is often corrupt scenes/preference files.

Usually Windows auto-updated on it's own. Not sure why it didn't this time. It appears to have worked. I have new issues, but not relating to any crashes. Thanks.
