OBS keeps crashing on opening.

It has been a stressful time dealing with this bug because it also applies to other programs, for whatever reason this driver keeps crashing OBS, even when I tried reinstalling (from Steam also.) it didn't work. I have attempted to find help for this bug but don't want to risk damaging my computer.
