Question / Help OBS keeps crashing my internet/cant stream

OBS crashes my internet everytime i stream
,I use a ethernet adapter, not sure if it would be the issue?

sorry im new here, I was using the wrong terminology for you @Harold. What I meant to say was OBS was disconnecting my internet* sorry again @Harold any constructive information on how to post a correct log file? I followed the guide and I seem to still be doing it incorrect.

Logs are generated per launch of OBS, not per time you press ANY other buttons in the program. However, if you're streaming and it breaks your entire internet, then the problem is outside of obs.
