OBS keeps crashing during stream. Occurs usually at the 30 Min mark

Hi all,

I have been experiencing this crashing issue only during streams for about a month now and have been trying ways like reinstalling OBS, updating my drivers, simplifying my scenes and plug-ins.
But all of them have failed to prevent this crash.
I have attached the most recent logs and crash report here.
Does anyone have any advice?
