Question / Help OBS keeps crashing and this is what i get.

I am not that great a computer language or programs i know the very basic stuff and what i learn on youtube but
everytime i go to stream on my obs i get this crash and this is the data i get sorry this will be long.. i dont know what any of this means so any help is appreciated.. Thanks
