Question / Help OBS Keeps crashing and I don't know why

When I'm playing fortnite both of my monitors will have a black BG, everything will freeze and then my OBS and Streamlabs crashes. I don't know what the problem is considering I just got a brand new CPU and Mobo..
I also have very good internet so I don't think thats the problems.

Specs are

Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3

CPU: AMD FX-8350 8 Core (4.0 GHz)

Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 280x

HDD: 3 Terabytes + 128GB SSD

OS: Windows 10 64bit

PWS: 700 Watts

I also have 8 fans in my computer and a beast heatsink
