Those aren't crash logs. Go to:
C:/users/yourname/Appdata/Roaming/obs-studio/crashes

Sometimes, crash logs are not generated so make sure whatever you post is relevant to your situation at hand at the time/date it triggered.

That crash log doesnt say much unfortunately. It just shows that after you hit the Start Streaming button, it crashes.

Do these recording steps in order to prove that you can record (not stream). This will help in determining if its one of your sources that are causing a problem.

For recording settings, use the following:
Simple Output
Indistinguishable Recording Quality
mp4 (best to use mkv but use mp4 for now to quickly see result with Windows Media Player)
x264

Display Capture Only
Create a new scene, call it DC Test
For sources, just put in a Display Capture
Record

Don't continue if you got problems. There is a general setup problem.

Display Capture + Webcam
For your BRIO webcam, make sure you are using a USB 3.0 port and are running current drivers
http://support.logitech.com/en_ch/software/lgs

Create a new scene, call it DC Webcam Test
For sources, put in a Display Capture and your BRIO webcam
Record

If it doesn't work, its your BRIO.

If everything works above, do this next recording step

Elgato + Webcam
Make sure you have the current Elgato Software
https://www.elgato.com/en/gaming/downloads

Create a new scene, call it Elgato Webcam Test
For sources, put in Elgato and your webam
Record

If it doesnt work, its your Elgato.

None of this is streaming related. You need to make sure you can record first without problems.

Video capture device x2 is all I use. Ps4 incoming and Logitech brio. Streams no problem but randomly cuts out. Happened 15x already but none of them created a log. I'll have 150viewers on twitch, then it cuts out for 5secs reconnects, And I'll lose 50viewers because of it.

Stupid stupid stupid

, I've seen several threads with people saying their streams cut out around 2 hours, on here and other forums. Some of my friends have it happen to them as well. I've even watched some streams that unfortunately disconnected at the 2hr mark as well. Nobody has come up with a reason why this is happening.

My hunch is, its the ISP throttling at certain hours of the day.
