Tried using an ethernet cord and it still disconnected after about an hour.

Code:
13:14:03: max bitrate: 3000
13:14:03: buffer size: 6000

This is the third logfile that i've seen do this, where did you get this info from to set a custom buffer twice as big as your bitrate. don't do this. seto buffer to 3000 and the issue should go away.

you should also enable aero and use a windows aero enabled theme.

I changed the setting to 3000 and the most recent stream disconnected at about 1 hour, again.

Is there anything else we can try? Is there anything that you can think of that would cause this to happen at the one hour mark?

Thank you

This is all I see after an hour: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Graceful loop exit

This log also doesn't show the custom buffer changed back to 3000 so I dont know if you posted the wrong log...

There was one thing...
you have some really high scene changing times. I would recommend rebuilding your webcam and elgato sources and make them global sources instead.

It is best to set the elgato to 1080@60 with 1ms buffer then set the base resolution in the video tab of OBS to 1080p then downscale to 720p (1.5x)

First, a disconnection is not a crash. Second, your log don't show any unexpected disconnections, so either you're posting the wrong logs or you're actually disconnecting yourself, perhaps with a hotkey.
