Question / Help obs keep crashing on startup

so i tried downloading obs a few weeks ago and it crashed every time it started up, i tried installing and uninstalling obs multiple times but it doesnt seem to work

Multiple uninstall/reinstall won't help, one is sufficient. You will not remount the same flat tire on your car 5 times in a row in the hope it will refill itself, will you? The same with software reinstall. One reinstall is sufficient. If the behaviour is unchanged, a bad software installation is not the cause of the problem.

OBS crashes during initialization of the amd-vce encoder. Thus, you might try updating to the newest AMD graphics driver.
