My OBS is consistently freezing on me, every second of each attempted stream I can't stop freezing and its killing me ?!?! What do I do??

What am I doing wrong?? Im attempting to downscale some of my stuff but to my knowledge my Specs should be more then enough to run the kind of stuff I am running.
