So whenever I preview my stream or start it, the entire obs app freezes, every 15 seconds the stream moves for like 2 seconds and freezes again. There is no High Encoding Warning, or any warning of any sort. If I alt tab to stop the preview or stream, I click "stop streaming" and it takes at least a minute to actually stop. I also can't click back into the game until it's done. I have rather fast internet so I'm pretty sure that's not the issue, but

.. I've streamed at way higher settings than this, I've already restarted my PC and my internet, I really don't know what's going on anymore, Please Help.
