Obs just deleted all of my scenes WHAT DO I DO PLEASE HELP ME

I opened up my computer and launched OBS and all of my obs scenes and sources were deleted what should I do?

Use the Scene Collection menu and check if you find your original scene collection here. May be you created a new scene collection and forgot about that.
