Hello,
Starting yesterday afternoon, I started seeing extreme dropped frames (50%) when I was streaming. I thought it was just due to local bandwidth so I closed out the stream (i had already been streaming for a while). I scheduled a stream today, tested my network and bandwidth and everything was great! I started to stream and the bit rate was all over the place. I tested and retested and for the sake of me could not find the issue. I had 15Mbps upload and had my bit rate set to 5k which it has always been when there were no issues. For giggles I tried streaming to YouTube (primarily I stream on twitch) and I saw the same problem. I then removed OBS from the mix and did a straight stream to Youtube without any issues. Trying to rule out app issues I downloaded and installed, (yes I know this is blasphemy) StreamLabs. I did a few minute test stream and did not have any issues at all. Thinking that maybe something was corrupted in OBS I backed up my setting folder and did a complete uninstall and removed all remnants of OBS. Reinstalled and even tested without my settings and the same issues occurred. I made sure all drivers for my system (lan, chipset, video, etc) were all updated and tried again with no luck. I am pulling my hair out here trying to get this to work but not having any luck. Has anyone had this happen before and if so, what did you do to address it?
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
