OBS issues w/ Halo Infinite

I have no clue how my OBS went from working fine on all games to being completely unusable. The issue is with Halo Infinite in particular which I somewhat understand since both are taking up my GPU but the encoding overload started a couple days ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
