Question / Help obs isn't receiving any input from my Diamond GC1500 HD Video Capture card

Hi I haven't been using obs for too long and I was wondering if anyone had any advice I got the diamond capture card recently, but when I go to set it up it gives no picture or sound on the screen, I was wondering if anyone has any advice? and if so please tell me.

The Diamond GC1500 HD is very old, and unfortunately it's an unsupported capture card that will not work with OBS, as far as I know, even though their documentation seems to say it should. I'd suggest contacting their support and seeing what they can tell you.
