OBS isn't picking up Elgato sound, but in the elgato program I can hear sound clear as day. Not sure if i'm just missing an obvious setting or not, but please help.

OBS is picking up skype and everything else, just not my elgato sounds. Also the SPEAKER sound is always going off as if there's background noise, but there's absolutely none.
