Question / Help OBS isn't filling its recording screen+not recording full ga

Hi, I've been using OBS lately to record, as Dxtory costs too much. I haven't been able to produce good videos EVER with OBS, because there's always another error. First, there's the cutting out the edges of the screen bug, which actually cuts off approximately 2 inches of all sides of my screen, which stopped today, and was replaced by this error: http://imgur.com/HLv21Xt
If this could be fixed and the other problem explained, I'd love you!

It looks like you are streaming/recording at a higher resolution than you are capturing, either change the base resolution/game resolution or adjust the source so that it fits the screen.

Right click the Game Capture source and check "Stretch image to screen"

But yeah, make sure your resolutions are matching what you want in settings>video

I had the same problem with my monitor capture. For those of you who have the same problem, make sure you are streaming at your monitor's resolution (mine is 1920x1080) and then go into the monitor capture settings and make the Sub-region to 1920x1080 (or whatever resolution your monitor is).

When I do that it still records the top left of my screen.

I want to record CSGO game-play and I'm using OBS studio. I test the recording but then after I stop &check the file, it doesn't show the full recording

Hey, My OBS is bein weird when every i record it only records half like if i record for 7 mins i look a and watch the video to see how it looks it only says it recored like 1 or 2 mins can someone help me out it really bugs me
