OBS is using all the VRAM on my AMD GPU

I have a problem with OBS that consumes all the VRAM as if there were no tomorrow, and to make matters worse, my AMD RX 580 GPU has 8GB of VRAM and I always see that OBS drinks up all the VRAM, causing any game to crash in just 30 minutes, and it’s a problem that occurs with AMD Polaris graphics cards.

Apparently this bug happens when I just go live, but when I do a video recording, nothing happens—the VRAM is calm and smooth.
