OBS is using all of my ram and high usage of GPU (GPU - 0 3D) without start streaming

I have 64GB of ram and when I open the OBS and wait for a several minutes the obs is consuming all of my ram and it is using 1/3part of my 3D GPU

Any solution? (I have only 3 Sources and 5 Scenes)
