Obs is updated and now it keeps connecting and disconnecting when trying to stream

yesterday I streamed for 12 hours just fine, today i tried to stream and my obs said something about my recording path. I changed the recording path then retried to stream and still is having the same issues! Someone please help!!

1. In many cases, wireless connections can cause issues because of their unstable nature. Streaming really requires a stable connection. Often wireless connections are fine, but if you have problems, the first troubleshooting step would be to switch to wired. We highly recommend streaming on wired connections.
2. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Regular streaming).
4. Contact StreamElements regarding their errors in your log.

I've streamed previously the day before with no issues as far as connections goes. I did a 12 hour stream and never had problems with the connection. As soon as I update it then this happens to me
