Question / Help OBS is stuck off screen

So for about a month I used OBS Studio 64 bit and everything was fine. Lately my OBS has been stuck off screen. Right now I have a dual monitor set up. I have looked into the other posts concerning this, but nothing has worked. It seems that it isn't visible, and when I click on the task bar logo it flashes on the screen in the motion when you hide an app. I would include a log file, but I am unable to access the recorder or the menu at all. Any help is appreciated.

Side note: I have uninstalled and reinstalled, also I have gone into my program files, on both of my drives, and deleted the folder completely.

did you also delete the obs folder in the appdata folders? obs create your user specific data i think in the roaming folder of your appdata folder. also you should look after a obs folder in the local and locallow folder because i dont know it exactly where it is. but keep in mind, if you delete this folder all your obs settings will be gone.
