Question / Help OBS is streaming at warpspeed

I have been trying to use OBS to stream on Twitch for several months now and have been unable to get it working even after looking through the forums and using googlefu. When I stream, the recorded footage is sped up. That means sound, video, and all. The Log file is for this saved stream: http://www.twitch.tv/kasanmoor/v/37058913 which does not contain a visual portion, but does contain sound of my friend and I trying to figure things out.

Any help would be great, thanks.

It's not just affecting sound though. My visuals are being sped up as well. The previous three videos should show me zipping around too fast in Minecraft.

CPU Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz
CPU Speed: 4245MHz

Overclocking might be the cause of timings being wrong? If you have no windows's overclocking software, probably wrong motherboard settings or failing motherboard?

Remove your overclock on your CPU/motherboard, and maybe check CPU-Z to confirm the CPU's actual speed.
intel's turbo boost might make the speed a little higher, up to 2900 Mhz for this CPU which is ok.

To enter motherboard settings, try turning off computer, then when turning on, press a button multiple times (del, F2, or something) and turn off the overclock or reset its settings. If windows won't boot after settings reset, enter motherboard settings again and change hard disk mode between AHCI / legacy / something else.

As far as I know, I'm not overclocking anything on my computer. I barely know how to anyways. My motherboard doesn't show normal signs of failing, and there was no overclock or anything when checking its settings. CPU-Z shows 2593 Mhz while streaming a game with background functions open.

Just a note, I've tried other recording software like Fraps, and there is no speed up with them, it's only OBS as far as I can see. Which is sad, because OBS is really nice and I'd like it to work.

Just a notice, it occurs only in OBS, through all types of recording. That means both streaming and recording. If anybody can help me it would be greatly appreciated
