CPU- Intel Core I5 4690k
Gpu- None
Capture Card- Elgato HD60
I want to ask if my CPU is too weak to stream 60 fps. It can handle 30 fps just fine as well as 60, but in order to achieve 60 fps I have to downscale it to 680x320. I don't know whats going on. I don't know if I should return my HD60 for an Avermedia Live Gamer HD, get a new i7 processor, or get a gpu.
Is it because I don't have a gpu???
Or is the Avermedia (internal card) a better choice.
