OBS is still bad quality even after I increase Bitrate.

So,
My obs Bitrate is 18,000 because that is all my PC can really handle. The video is not that clear, kinda blurry, and maybe a tad bit pixelated. As said, I have tried increasing my bitrate, switching encoders (I have an AMD RX580), about everything a YouTube video has said. In my advanced settings, I have Process Priority at Above normal. I am starting to think it is my monitor, but I am able to do 1080 and 60 FPS. Please help!!

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

For recording you shouldn't be using bitrates to begin with. Use tools / auto configuration to get the best settings.

Alrighty, thx. I think it is my monitor. The OBS is really good quality but my monitor is old and is probably not showing OBS's full potential. My monitor is not the best. However, OBS looks really good so THX!!!!!!
