Tried EVERYWHERE to find a fix for OBS, tried so many setting changes, tried EVERYTHING, but OBS is still so broken. HOW DO I FIX THIS?!? OBS blames my bad CPU and stuff, but this is the best I can do, as I cannot buy a new PC because I don't have money.
