I did a teaching last night, for the first time using OBS. The Broadcast wouldn't shut down! This morning it was showing that it was Still Running! I Uninstalled the OBS and tried Re-installing it, but to no avail. The re-installing read...."OBS is currently running, cannot install new OBS...." How is this possible when I "UNINSTALLED IT?" What can I do to fix this issue? I'm also using Restream to broadcast to YouTube and Facebook. My video posted to YouTube, but not Facebook.
