Question / Help OBS is recording Stream audio but not playing through headset

I have just started using OBS for my streaming. After watching all the tutorial videos, Im still having an issue with my stream audio not coming through my headset but on the stream. I have changed all the settings i can find and tried every variation and still cant get the audio to play through my headset. What am I doing wrong?
