OBS Is Posting Any Video i Create By Its-self

If i open OBS and click Start Recording and then click stop recording the Video Posts to my youtube channel even if i dont want it too

Any Fix for this?

OBS does not have functionality built-in to auto-post videos to YouTube. You may be running a third-party application of some kind that is watching the video output directory and auto-uploading, but this isn't something OBS is even capable of doing on its own.

Are you sure you aren't accidentally/unintentionally turning on streaming when you turn on recording (either via some setting, plug-in, or ??)
