OBS is not using full speed of internet while streaming.

Hello there!
well i started streaming after i started recording videos with obs but when i start test stream (bandwidth test), the obs is using 3 or 4 Mbps of 10Mbps internet.
why this happend cause im not using anything esle also i see 3 and 4 Mbps Send on Task Manager.

Are you the only device on that Internet connection?
And there is overhead, so you shouldn't expect to use 100% of upload bandwidth (I'll save you details of TCP, ACK packets, etc), and liek car driving, traffic can hit along the route, so you need buffer for that as well

However, more likely, you've set your stream settings to use a certain resolution, framerate and bitrate, and you are using that. 4000kbps bitrate for a 720p/30fps stream is plenty... you wouldn't use more.. so most likely, OBS is using that much bandwidth because that is what you configured it to use
