Question / Help OBS is not streaming or recording smoothly anymore

For a few of my friends and I OBS has stopped producing videos and steaming as well as it used to. In fact the videos are quite horrible with constant freezes/choppiness every few seconds but the quality looks fine. I have tried numerous settings even though the settings I had worked great for ages. I even reinstalled OBS in hopes it would start working properly again like it used to but no luck.

I don't really need any tips on settings to make things better as I have tried them all. I know my way around OBS fairly well and the settings I am using should and did work great. This is more of a heads up to the devs so they can fix it.

Fraps recordings come out fine btw

Do you have an example video of what these freezes and choppy portions look like?

On top of that, if it's consistent in being replicated, make another video showing the issue and link your OBS log here. The log is pretty much a required piece of information to help diagnose anything. (I've also been running into a video stuttering problem too, which makes me genuinely curious what your issue looks like.)
