Hello, lately I have been having a problem on obs trying to record Minecraft gameplay. so when I try to record myself playing Minecraft and I finished recording I look back into the recording and it shows as one picture as the obs gameplay only captured one moment of the video and kept it for the hole video so the screen froze or something. The sound is ok in the video and when I recorded the video everthing was okay any clue why this is happening?

You need to set OBS to run on the high performance GPU. You have not done that. The logs will clearly show when you have.

In settings - output
Set the output mode at the top to simple
Set the recording quality to indistinguishable
Set the recording format to FLV
Set the recording encoder to "Software (x264, low cpu use, increased file size)"

but I have to keep the recording format to Mp4 so I can open it
That's not the correct answer. There are ZERO good reasons to save directly to mp4

If you genuinely need mp4, remux the recording using the function in the file menu.

Other than that, you're overloading your system pretty badly.

I'm overloading my system? how can I stop overloading my system so I can record?

Turn off the Game DVR feature.

Lower your canvas base resolution to 1280x720. That may be about the only thing you can do, since your CPU is unable to keep up even at Ultrafast. Did you cap Minecraft's frame rate?
