OBS is not correctly detecting Windows 10

I have been troubleshooting for about four hours now and I am beyond exhausted and frustrated with this issue. I can't seem to get help with this in discord so I am posting here. OBS recently started closing itself whenever I tried connecting to YouTube for live streams. As soon as OBS begins connecting to YouTube closes itself without crashing so there is no crash report. It does this about ten times before actually connecting. I clicked Analyze in OBS and the only major thing I can see is wrong is that OBS thinks I am running an old version of windows 10, version Windows 10 2004 (EOL) . I have completely reinstalled windows, OBS and all plugins used and this error is still coming up with OBS. I have no idea why OBS thinks I am running an old version as my PC also says it's running the latest version. I reinstalled my graphics card update as well just cause I have no idea what else to do. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

deinstall it defender make the same job

when you use the F..... streamelements or streamfx plugin, it make problems please delete the obs folder reinstall it without the plugins !
