OBS is making my computer explode before I even start streaming

Anyone have any ideas why my computer explodes when I use OBS but when I use SLOBS it runs perfect? I like OBS better than SLOBS but it is basically unusable because of the lag I get from it and I am not even streaming yet when the lag occurs.

I think it could have something to do with the plugins because SLOBS works fine, but I don't know how to fix that or test for that.
