Question / Help OBS is lagging

Ok so when I record with fraps nothing lags at all but when I use obs my recording is just frozen.

You need to post a log. Also fraps (last time I checked) didn't compress video on the output side, but OBS does, and compressing video takes CPU power.

Ok how do I give you logs on obs studio?
