OBS is lagging no matter what! I changed the resolution to 720p and 30fps yet (surprise surprise) it makes no difference. So the it will be (stable 60fps) and there will be a huge lag spike once every second! I tried running it on both the graphics card and cpu yet nothing is working. It was working before, too.
