I desperately need help, I was using OBS when I pressed the start stream button by accident and cause two windows to pop up (They were windows with the accept cookies and name stream). When they popped up OBS froze, but I could still see activity in the window. My microphone was still inputing and I could see the little green bar go up but I couldn't click anything in OBS. I tried quitting OBS but it didn't do anything. I tried restarting my computer and it won't let me because OBS was still running. What can I do?
