To start off, I assume it is because of Windows 10, but can't figure out why.
I have never had this problem with OBS before upgrading to Windows 10.
What happens is while in mid stream OBS will start to lag, and freeze up. Dropping down to 2 FPS but not dropping any frames, and the bitrate stays even. I don't get it. The game I am playing does not lag or freeze up, just OBS, and when OBS is freezing if I try to click on chrome or something else they are all unresponsive except the game (Which is on the other monitor) until OBS unfreezes.
I do not get an error. It does not say "OBS had stopped working"
It just freezes, then unfreezes, but does it so often that it has forced me to postpone any future streams until I can figure out the issues.

If more info is needed to help me please let me know. I have downloaded the MP OBS but there is not enough to work with and if it does work, might bring down the quality of my stream.
