Can you try to start OBS Studio from different Scene Collection (without the 'Video Capture Device' in any scene)? Or maybe you can update or even uninstall your 'Video Capture Device' drivers?
I did that plenty of time .. uninstalled drivers reinstalled it now it shows me elgato game capture and elgato game capture #1 or #2 not sure... any idea what i should do ?
