I have deleted my current profile on OBS and set it up again. Reset my network adapter. Reinstalled latest driver for my GPU. Deleted and entered in my stream key and url again. i am unsure as to what to do next, any help would be greatly appreciated. everything else on my pc works as normal.

I stream on kick, I have had no issues with the 10,000 Bitrate in the past but I will try with 6,000. I appreciate your input

I find it odd that you're streaming to fa723fc1b171.global-contribute.live-video.net , and the WhoIs for live-video.net shows "Organization: Amazon Technologies, Inc." in the Contact Information, and fa723fc1b171.global-contribute.live-video.net resolves to 52.223.247.108 and the WhoIs for that shows "Name: Twitch Interactive Inc." as the registrant and yet your are streaming to Kick, which was founded in 2022 as a competitor to Amazon-owned Twitch.

Kick uses the streaming services of Twitch, or at least was what I read about it when Kick was launched.
And now you know why Twitch don't care if you go to kick, they still get paid and don't lose money for the streaming side. For twitch is a win win.
