Hello guys,
This is my problem, My internet es completely fine, Is OBS. I'm doing tests, my internet supports 1.5mb/s some times OBS is running smoothly with out dropped frames at 1000 bitrate. But some times it turns crazy and actually consumes 1.8mb/s of my network, and in the interface it says that is uploading at 0.7mb/s (700 kb/s).
