Question / Help Obs is choppy

Hello everyone,

I am new here and am trying to learn how to use obs. My viewers are saying that my stream looks choppy and/or pixelated at times. I have looked at youtube videos days upon days and have no clue. Please help, I would greatly appreciate it! Here is my current obs log.

Even if you had spelled it right, it wouldn't have helped you in any way. We disabled that function being passed precisely because of the terrible youtube guides out there including the one you followed.

I have done everything that the link has told me to do, and my stream is still a bit choppy and pixelated.
