OBS is changing mouse sensitivity and there is no way to change back

hello,

i have a major problem with OBS Studio since i started with streaming, when i use OBS its changing the mouse sensitivity in any unknown way and then you cant change it again back to normal. I tried everything, the only way to get the normal sensitivity again is to format windows. PC restart dont fix it.
It feels like the mouse is faster and you dont have the control you normally have. I am a very good player in FPS games and i got this error so much times, its so annoying to reinstall windows every time.
The same thing happen to me when i use the "screen recording" and not "game recording". The last time i streamed CSGO for 1 month or 2, then i changed the "game recording" to Valorant and then the error came again. Then i reinstalled Windows, streamed a few times and then its again the same error.

What is wrong with this software? Can you please fix this bug so it dont change the mouse sensitivity again and i can stream like every game i want without that problem?

Anyone else got this bad expierience with OBS Studio like me? Is that the reason so many people Stream with dual PC Setup so they dont need this software on their Gaming PC?

bump, please help with this issue -- i deleted obs and everything and it's still messed up (redownloaded it thinking it would somehow do something lol nope it didn't), hell i even used mouse software to try to return it back to its original settings, but something like within the computer or mouse itself is just completely messed up and now it's super high sens or just acts weird
