OBS is breaking my game sound !

What a weird problem here, let me explain.

A lot of times, not anytimes, but yes frequently, if i open OBS before playing a game, the sound of game gonna have some problems with voices or sometimes something else, but often a probleme with the voices in the game

Some examples:

- Yesterdays I was streaming all the FEAR games, when i finished the seconde one I moved to the third game, so OBS was already open...In the first cinematic, no voices. I closed the game and restarted the computer, I opened the game first then OBS, no voices problems anymore.

- Some week ago, same times with a Simpsons games, I was streaming a game and I moved again to this Simpsons game, no voices.

And the list of examples can be very long. It's really weird because most of the time it's a problem with voices.
Not a big deal because I just need to restart the computer/the session, but in stream it's a bit unprofessional, i'm not comfortable with that.

I have some VOD with this problem if you want.

Hey bro, these tips may help you.
Method 1: Right-click the speaker icon at the taskbar and click Open Volume mixer. Click the speaker icon under OBS to unmute this application.
Method 2:
1) Launch OBS.
2) Click File at the upper left corner and click Settings.
3) Click Audio on the left pane. Then, select Stereo next to Channels.
4) Scroll to Global Audio Devices and make sure you’ve selected the actual device you’re using for Desktop Audio and Mic/Auxiliary Audio.
Method 3: In addition to the two methods mentioned above, you can also test them in other game recording software, using their free versions. Such as Bandicam, RecMaster, or Camtasia.

I don't really understand these tips, I tried it but nothing change and the method 3 is not a option for me, there is a lot of work and plugin on my OBS apps

I have the sound of all games, but its broken, new examples:

- Recently i've been playing a lot of Apex on stream, I need to restart my computer when I launch the game, because if I launch the game after OBS i can't hear foot sound or other sound from other players, i can hear my gunfire but other sound are broken

but it's not on all games, that's weird, I can play Sniper Elite 5, Roller Champions or Rainbow Siege with no sound problem

idk how to explain that it's really crazy and my vod are splitting on many parts cause I'm restarting everything
