Hey guys, so I've been wanting to stream for a while - I recently upgraded my pc, and my internet just to be able to do it, and I'm still having MAJOR issues.
I've got
- I7 4790k,
- R9 Radeon 280x
- 8GB RAM.
My download is 11999.9kB/s and upload is 773.4kB/s.

Upload seems a little lower than usual on the test ^
I try streaming in 1280x720p at 30fps with a bitrate of between 2000-3500 and my stream lags and looks like shit all the time, the fps is insanely choppy too. I typically have the same settings as most other people with the same set up and still have issues. What am I doing wrong? What Upload speeds would I need to correct this and play in 1080p, 30-60fps at a higher bitrate? And is it possible that my ISP (Virgin Media) would swap some Download for Upload if I asked nicely? Any help is much appreciated (I've had next to none on Reddit, only a troll derailing my post, woo!)
